Abstract
"Iron Man Spirit"is extracted from the spirit that Chinese oil workers explored Chinese industrial road ,and Wang Jinxi is one of typical representatives .This spirit has played a positive role in the construction of Chinese socialism ,which has an important historical sta-tus ."Iron Man Spirit" has far-reaching influence so that it still has essential value today .关键词
