Abstract
Vocational guidance is one of the important effective allocations of human resources ,is the key to self-realization ,good career-planning and smooth employment for college students .Vocational guidance plays an important role in college students' employment and the improvement of quality of employment .This paper firstly analyzes the connotation and characteristics of vocational guidance ,then illus-trates its significance and function in college students' employment .关键词
