摘要

Abstract

For reducing the ash fusion temperature of Buliangou coal, coal blending test and addition of different fluxing agents tests were completed.A reasonable operation method was obtained: the use of A coal at dosage of 60% could effectively reduce the ash fusion temperature of Buliangou coal; the use of CaO as fluxing agent at the dosage of 2% could make the FT of Buliangou coal reduce to 1390℃.From the experiment of coal blending and adding fluxing agent to reduce ash fusibility we can see that: different fluxing agents for two kinds of coal blending had the different effects.Through the ideal assumption of ash in coal, silicon and aluminum ratio and silicon and calcium ratio of ideal ash was 1.18、 1.07 respectively, mechanisms of different fluxing agents used for reducing the ash fusibility could be calculated and explained, the derivation result and experimental results were consistent.
