Abstract
By analyzing the present development and problems of the current dispatching command system, the paper puts forward an automatic dispatching command system based on intelligent rulers, elaborates the characteristics, the structure and the procedure of such a system. With intelligent rulers, this system realizes the automation of dispatching command and other business functions, and improved the effectiveness and practicability of the dispatching command work.关键词
