逐层序关系组合赋权法在电能质量综合评估的应用OACSTPCD
Application of the Stepwise Order Relation Based Combination Weighing Method in Comprehensive Evaluation of Power Quality
为了对电能质量各项评估指标进行合理的赋权，提出了一种基于逐层序关系的组合赋权法。该方法采用交互式确定电能质量各项指标的主观性权重，利用改进的变异系数法确定客观性权重，然后综合考虑被评估对象的主观及客观特性差异来确定权重组合，进一步确定分层序关系中的递阶层权重，最终得到电能质量综合评估权重向量。算例结果分析表明，该组合赋权法评估过程具有低维性，评估结果具有高的分辨率和精确性。
In order to get the reasonable empowerments of power quality indexes, a combination weighing method based on stepwise order relations is proposed in this paper.
