Abstract
In consideration of the characteristics of regional power grids, an EMS based economic dispatch decision-making support system for the grids is developed. This paper introduces its function frameworks and algorithm implementation. Both the case calculation and practical application with the system indicate that the proposed system can sustain the requirements of real-time operation and provide auxiliary economic dispatch decisions for the system operators.关键词
