总结为提高40例宫颈癌根治术后患者性生活质量实施护理干预的经验。介绍宫颈癌疾病相关知识，解除患者的疑虑，使患者以积极的态度接受诊治；掌握患者精神心理状态，适时给予心理干预，认真倾听患者对性问题的看法和疑虑，针对患者出现的性生活问题进行指导，注意帮助患者调整自我；做好配偶的思想工作，纠正宫颈癌患者及配偶的不正确观念，为宫颈根治术后患者提供后勤保障。本组患者术后存在焦虑症状30例，干预6个月时仅3例存在焦虑症状，其中自评性生活舒适者24例，基本舒…查看全部>>
This paper summarized the nursing experience of improving sexual life quality of patients after hysterectomy of cervical cancer. Adequate cervical cancer-related knowledge introduced, psychological intervention and guidance for sexual life after the radical hysterectomy benefited patients to received treatment positively.
