Influence of Acupoint Therapy with Simo Decoction on Postoperative Gastrointestinal Function Recovery of Primary Liver Cancer Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of acupoint therapy with Simo Decoction on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery of primary liver cancer patients. Methods Eighty primary liver cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=40). Patients in observation group removed gastric tube 24 h after the operation and were treated with acupoint therapy combined with Simo Decoction and those in control group received routine nursing. Results The anal exsufflation recovery time and first defecation time in observation group were shorter or earlier than those in control group, which indicated statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint therapy with Simo Decoction is effective for postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery of primary liver cancer patients关键词
