摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the factors influencing the quality of life (QOL) in primary caregivers of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods The QOL of 294 primary caregivers of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy was surveyed by a self-designed general information questionnaire, Zarit Burden Interview, Caregiver Quality of Life (CQOL) scare. Results The total score of QQL in 294 primary caregivers was 171.18±34.96 and factors scoring from low to high respectively were mental health, psychological health and social health. Factors influencing the QQL of caregivers included care burdens, whether to have chronic illness, education background of caregivers, patients’ age and disease stage (P<0.05). The multiple correlation coefficient (R) was 0.685 and total coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.469. Conclusion Mental health scores lowest in the QOL of primary caregivers. Care burdens, whether to have chronic illness, education background of caregiver, patients’ age, and disease stage are the major influencing factors and care burden exerts the most significant influence on the QOL.关键词
