社区2型糖尿病患者自我效能与心理痛苦相关性分析
Correlation Analysis on Self-efficacy and Psychological Distress of Type 2 Diabetes Patients in Communities

Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between self-efficacy and psychological distress of type 2 diabetes patients in communities and to provide reference for the intervention. Methods Self-efficacy Scale for Diabetes Mellitus Patients (Chinese version) and Diabetes Distress Scale (Chinese version) were applied to investigate 252 type 2 diabetes patients in five different community clinics and health service centers. Results Average score of self-efficacy was 8.25, which indicated their self-efficacy remained in upper or mediate level; there was obvious manifestation of pain related to life routine and emotional burden, both of which were caused by diabetes and self-efficacy of type 2 diabetes patients was negatively correlated to their psychological distress (r=-0.430~-0.230, P<0.01). Conclusion There is negative correlation between self-efficacy and psychological distress of type 2 diabetes patients in communities. Psychological comfort is of importance in self-efficacy nursing of these patients by reducing their psychological distress, restoring their self-confidence in controlling blood sugar and eliminating their negative emotion.关键词
