Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of Hanbi Powder with massage for knee osteoarthritis. Methods Hospitalized patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups, Hanbi Powder acupoint application with massage group, Hanbi Powder pain point application group and Hanbi Powder acupoint application group, with 30 patients in each group. The clinical efficacy of three groups referring to WOMAC scores and knee signs scores was compared. Results The total effective rate of the Hanbi Powder acupoint application with massage group was 97%, that of Hanbi Powder pain point application group 67%, and that of Hanbi Powder acupoint application group 70%. There was a significant difference among the efficacy of three groups (P<0.05); the clinical efficacy of Hanbi Powder acupoint application with massage group was better than that of the Hanbi Powder pain point application group and that of the Hanbi Powder acupoint application group. Conclusion Hanbi Powder acupoint application combined with massage for knee osteoarthritis achieves significant clinical effect.关键词
