慢性重型乙型病毒性肝炎患者住院费用构成及影响因素分析
Composition of Hospitalization Cost of Patients with Severe Chronic Hepatitis B and Its Influencing Factors

Abstract
Objective To understand the composition of hospitalization cost of patients with severe chronic hepatitis B and its influencing factors. Methods With retrospective investigation, the composition of hospitalization cost of 212 patients with severe chronic hepatitis B was analyzed through hospital information management system and its influencing factors were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. Results The average medical fee of 212 cases of chronic severe hepatitis B patients was 36 045 yuan. Drug charges was the highest (65.896%), followed by laboratory examination fee (10.024%) and blood bank blood (plasma) fee (7.357%). The length of stay, the mode of payment and career had significant impacts on the medical expense (P<0.05). Conclusion Much more attention should be paid to drug charges during the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B infection, which can decrease the expenses to a large degree. Additionally, increasing the rate of reimbursement is the basic way to decrease financial burden of patients.关键词
