军队文职骨干护士培训效果追踪评价
Trace Evaluation of Training for Army Civilian Backbone Nurses
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of training for army civilian backbone nurses and to provide evidence for the improvement of training content and approach. Methods With a self-designed questionnaire and telephone survey, 47 nurses once received training for army civilian backbone nurses were interviewed randomly. Results Of the total, more than 70% of the nurses could apply training achievement in their work and over 95% of them contributed to the development of their department but 47% of the trainees had no research paper published and no nurses hosted the research project. Conclusion Systematic and standard training makes contribution to the development of nurses’ comprehensive quality and the improvement of nursing quality, however, it is urgent to improve nurses’ research competence.关键词
