艾滋病科护士离职意愿及影响因素研究
Turnover Intention of Nurses in AIDS Department and Its InfIuence Factors

Abstract
Objective To explore turnover intention of nurses in AIDS Department and its influence factors. Methods With cluster random sampling, 188 nurses from AIDS Outpatient, common AIDS ward, maternity ward for AIDS patients and AIDS ICU were investigated with turnover intention scale from June to September 2013. ResuIts The total average score of nurses’ turnover intention was 2.74±0.50. The score of the possibility of getting outside job 2.97±0.50 topped the score of each dimension, followed by the possibility of leaving current job 2.67 ±0.70 and the possibility of finding another job 2.57 ±0.75. Multivariate analysis indicated age, department, protective facilities were the main influence factors of turnover intention (B=-0.204~0.216,P<0.05). ConcIusion Strong turnover intention exists in nurses from AIDS Department. More attention should be paid to young nurses, those from departments without protective facilities and those from maternity ward for AIDS patients and more protective facilities will benefit the decrease of nurses’ turnover intention.关键词
