中医辨证分型护理对乳腺癌患者术后生活质量的影响
Influence of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Nursing on Post-operative Life Quality of Patients with Breast Cancer

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on post-operative life quality of patients with breast cancer. Methods Eighty-six patients with breast cancer were divided into control group (n=46) and experiment group (n=40) from January 2011 to December 2014. Specific nursing for breast cancer patients was performed in control group but in experiment group, in addition to specific nursing for breast cancer patients, TCM syndrome differentiation nursing was conducted. Two weeks after the intervention, the quality of life in two groups was compared. Results There was no difference between two groups in the comparison of the quality of life 1d after operation (P>0.05) but there was significant decrease in the scores of physiological conditions, psychological society, relationship with medical staff, marital relations and in the total score 1d before discharge ( P<0.05). The score of sexual relationship indicated no statistical significance ( P>0.05) and there were lower scores of physiological conditions and relationship with medical staff and lower total score in experiment group ( P<0.01),others were no difference between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation nursing plays a positive role in improving breast cancer patients ’ physiological conditions and improving the quality of life.关键词
