Abstract
Starting from the current phenomena of continuous erosion in public space caused by food service facilities, this paper analyzes the deeper reasons of non-publicness in urban parks. Introducing food service facilities excessively brings urban parks with negative effects, such as erosion of public resources, destruction of the landscape, interference to visitors and environmental pollution. On the basis, this paper puts forward the basic principles of distributing food service facilities in urban parks, including public welfare, openness, diversity, people-oriented environment and sustainability. This paper further suggests nine typical patterns of food service space in urban parks with characteristic analysis. These patterns could be used in locating and improving food service facilities in urban parks.关键词
