Post-occupancy Evaluation and Design Research on Bathroom of Affordable Housing in Guangzhou
摘要
Abstract
aBStract Based on the questionnaire survey and interview, the paper evaluates bathrooms of the typical affordable housing in Guangzhou and tries to understand the residents’ subjective evaluation. The objective is to find out the deficiencies in the bathroom spatial design for the elderly living. Thus, it proposes several optimal suggestions in order to improve the living conditions of the aged, and it will provide specific reference for future compact indemnificatory housing design.关键词
