Abstract
Xi inping points out that diplomatic relations based on″peace, development, cooperation and win¯win relationship″has become an irresistible trend nowadays with the rapid development of world multi¯polarization and economic globalization. Every country should actively promote the construction of new international relations based on cooperation and win¯win relationship. In the process, every country must correctly deal with the dialec¯ tical relations of justice and benefit, history and future, native cultivation and other cultivations. Xi′s speeches on these problems are of significance for constructing and developing new international relations.关键词
