摘要

Abstract

Because the tractor bottom -clutch cruster panel has a larger size , high surface quality requirements , in the mold design process can not use standard parts .To get the fully qualified parts , it is necessary that adding the process structure such as reinforcing rib is very important in the mold design .Meanwhile , three-dimensional model is designed based on Pro/E software , and simulation based on DYNAFORM is conducted , the results obtained are analyzed , the in-adequacies are modified compared to the mold , thereby reduced mold debuging cycle , shorten the new mold development cycle .
