基于 ANSYS 的农业物料螺旋压榨机螺旋强度分析
The Strength Analysis of Screw Press Applied in Agricultural Materials Based on ANASYS

Abstract
The screw press is mainly composed of power plant , extrusion screw , spiral pipe , press ontology , feed hopper and hopper , etc , and press screw is the basic unit of such screw press working device , and it is the one of the key parts working process .Its strength can meet the requirements of the performance and its squeezing effect is the key factor . Therefore , according to the press screw working characteristics and the material properties , at the request of press screw theory force analysis , based on the finite element analysis , we have determined the whole press screw stress distribution . Finally , based on the helical ANSYS post-processing results and the basis of theoretical analysis , we can determine the screw working in the normal condition .Its strength is completely meeting the job requirements .This research for agricul-ture in screw press for agricultural materials are normal press separation to provide security .关键词
