基于 AMESim 桑枝剪伐机液压系统的设计与仿真分析
The Simulation Analysis of Hydraulic System Designed for Mulberry Shoots Trimmer Based on AMESim

Abstract
The structure and working principle of mulberry shoots trimmer were introduced and designed ,and the hydrau-lic system of it was designed which was based on Visio , meanwhile the hydraulic cylinder which controlled the hydraulic motor’ s motion was chosen and analyzed as the object of the research .The variations of single-rod double acting hydrau-lic cylinders ’ speeds and hydraulic pressures on both sides were analyzed , and the software AMESim was used to model-ing and simulation analysis of the hydraulic cylinder circuit .Through the results of simulation of the hydraulic circuit which were judged the rationality of hydraulic system ,these processes can improve the design efficiency and verify the cor-rectness of the mulberry shoots trimmer .In general , the working of the research can provide the necessary theoretical ba-sis to the further optimization and improvement performance of the trimmer devices in the future application .关键词
