小型收割机作业信息监测系统研制
The Development of Small Harvester Operation Information Monitoring System
摘要
Abstract
Through usage of the domestic small agricultural machinery survey and analysis , it showed that small agricul-tural machinery for quality monitoring , the follow-up survey of aftermarket service condition , the farming state informa-tion detection and agricultural machinery's fault prediction is still a very weak link .According to the present situation ,we developed a set of the small harvester jobs information monitoring system ,it can real-time monitor the small harvester op-erating state through the system , automatically record and save operating time and operating position .All the monitoring data can be saved , and transmitted to the specified network server by the wireless module at the same time .And as a re-sult,remote monitoring and management of data is achieved .It can automatically warn threshing common stall fault when small harvester working and display and issued corresponding warning message to inform the agricultural farming to take appropriate measures .The system provide a lot of advantages that real-time monitoring , low prices , remote data transmis-sion , lightweight , suitable for installation in any small farm machinery .关键词
