全自动大枣输送定向切片机的设计与试验分析
Design and Experimental Analysis of Jujube Automatic Transmission, Directional and Slice Equipment
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of low production efficiency , slice unevenness , high breaking rate , poor hy-giene and poor security in the production process of jujube slices , a kind of jujube automatic transmission directional sli-cing machine has been designed with modern design and manufacturing technology , food processing technology and con-trolling technology based on immense investigations and a comprehensive analysis of the present equipments .In addition , it determines the main technical parameters of the equipment and calculates its key components via the analysis and re -search of jujube processing process with a proper design .This research analyzes the relationship between the slicing speed and the breaking rate in the slicing process , optimizes the slicing speed and other parameters , and reduces the breaking rate.These experimental results show that the device has several advantages such as low broken rate and high production efficiency; furthermore , it achieves good results in the enterprise application .关键词
