谷物清选装置研究现状及发展趋势
Research Advances and Prospects in Cleaning Device of Grain
摘要
Abstract
Cleaning loss is the main portion of the total loss at harvest in the grain harvest mechanization .Parameters of cleaning device have an important influence on loss , research on cleaning loss is helpful to reduce loss and increase the efficiency of crop .Describe current research trend in three aspects ,by method of experiment and CFD research cleaning air flow field , research on the motion state of threshed material by means of the simulation , the fan , crank speed and crank radius , etc .Current research that cleaning air flow field simulation without considering the material did not reflect the true motion because of material motion simulation model is too single and structure parameters of sieve and fan . Through the analysis obtain deficiencies of research on cleaning device and analysis research prospects .关键词
