Design of Fertilizing Machine’ s Furrow Opener in Jujube Orchard and Finite Element Analysis

Abstract
Fertilization in jujube orchard is a heavy physical labor, in order to free growers of the heavy physical labor , designed a mini fertilizing machine ’ s furrower opener , the furrower opener used double disc type , designed trench depth is 300mm, trench width is 240mm.Using finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA to analyse the process of bent blade cut the soil , analysis results showed that during the cutting process the contact area between bent blade and soil was in -creasing and soil was moving with blade finally was destroyed completely , During bent blade cut soil the maximum equivalent stress mainly concentrated at the inner side where the soil contacted with bent blade , the fluctuation of maxi-mum equivalent stress was small , cutting was relatively stable .关键词
