Design and Experiment of Self-propelled Red Date Collector

Abstract
The red date harvest in Xinjiang region depends mainly on manual work at present, so it needs to enhance the mechanized level.To solve the problem, this paper designed the self-moving red date collector based on pneumatic prin-ciple.The structure and working process of the machine ware illuminated, and the technical parameters of key compo-nents were identified.Taking the red dates by dwarf and close planting in Xinjiang region as the test object, we conduc-ted the test of the sample machine for the performance and operation efficiency.The test showed that the optimal work speed of the fan is 2900r/min, average productivity is 0.052hm2/h, and average damage rate of harvested red dates is 1.06%.关键词
