农田地下滴灌管道堵塞快速检测装置的设计
Design on a Fast Detection Device for Farmland Subsurface Drip Irrigation Plugging
摘要
Abstract
Agriculture plays an important role in the development of our national economy , and in the context of scarcity of today's water resources , water-saving irrigation is imperative .The drip irrigation is one of the most effective ways of farmland water-saving irrigation;it' s widely used especially in the region where the water is scanty .Because the farm-land subsurface drip irrigation pipes are usually buried under the ground, it' s difficult to find when the pipes are plug-ging , and if it cannot be found in time , it often makes adverse effects on the growth of crops , and causing losses .There-fore, we designed a fast farmland drip-irrigation detecting device.In the designed device, STC90C58AD the chip micro-computer was used as the core control unit and the soil moisture sensor PHTS -5 V-V2 was employed to detect the soil moisture of crops roots .Comparing the humidity value which measured by the moisture sensor , it could be detected if the subsurface drip irrigation was clogged .The tested results showed that the device can measure the soil moisture of the des-ignated places rapidly , give the judgment of the clogged situation of the pipe , and it has realized the functions of real-time displaying , saving , alarming and so on , and it could meet the needs of farmland drip-irrigation detection .关键词
