摘要

Abstract

According to China's existing peanut mechanization harvest low segment, large power consumption, poor working stability, design a kind of shovel type peanut harvester segment combination .This machine will be mining process and separation process of peanut Become , can complete the mining , to the soil , the seedling feeding process , the crank rocker mechanism drives the separating sieve vibration , realize the point , both sides of the same direction swing mechanism, reduce the lateral force .The field experiment tests that the harvester digging depth is 143mm, the average drop rate was 0.21%, the average damage rate was 0.33%, the average fruit containing soil for the average rate of 0. 31%, average fuel consumption is 712g/kW· h.
