丘陵山区果园作业平台的设计与试验
Development and Experiment of Platform for Orchards in Hill Area

Abstract
At present , pruning of fruit trees on hills is mainly through climbing on trees or ladder , which could cause in-jury due to poor landform .In order to avoid such kind of risks , a lifting platform for orchards in hill area was designed , The platform is comprised of power device , elevating mechanism , leveling mechanism , slewing mechanism , supporting mechanism and hydraulic control system .The platform is driven by a small four-wheel tractor .The hydraulic system can control hydraulic cylinders extending and retracting to lift or lower the platform , or to rotate , or to keep it at horizontal position.Performance test has been carried out for the lifting platform .The results show that the platform has stable working performance, the maximum bearing load is up to 150kg, the lifting height is 1.5 m, the rotating speed is 0.1r/min, the lifting velocity is 0.1m/s, and leveling error in the lifting process is ≤3°.So the platform can be suitable for slope terrain , and the design requirements are satisfied .关键词
