Abstract
Food security is directly affected by residues of harmful substances and pollution in the process of the ag-ricultural production and processing. This paper reviews agricultural products in the production process on the basis of harmful residues and pollution pathways, analysis of the main reason for these problems, and proposed solutions to these problems, and to provide a theoretical reference for the production of food safety.关键词
