Temperature Effect on Vibration Frequency and Mean Phonon Number of Strong-Coupling Polaron in a Asymmetrical Gaussian Confinement Potential Quantum Well
摘要
Abstract
The temperature effects on vibration frequency and mean phonon number of strong-coupling polaron in a asymmetrical Gaussian confinement potential quantum well(AGCPQW)are studied by using an linear combination operator, the unitary transformation methods and quantum statistics theory. The relations of the vibration frequency and the mean phonon number of polaron with the temperature are taken into consideration. Selecting CsI crystal, nu-merical calculations are performed and the results show that the vibration frequency and the mean phonon number will increase with increasing the temperature.关键词
