非对称RbCl量子点极化子振动频率的温度效应
Temperature Effect on Vibration Frequency of Strong-Coupling Polaron in an Asymmetry RbCl Quantum Dot
摘要
Abstract
The temperature effect on vibration frequency of strong-coupling polaron in an asymmetry RbCl quantum dot are studied by using an linear combination operator, quantum statistics theory and unitary transformation meth-ods. The relations of polaron’s vibration frequency with the horizontal and vertical effective confinement strength and temperature are studied by us. Selecting RbCl quantum dot, numerical calculations are performed and the results show that the vibrational frequency will increase with increasing the horizontal and vertical effective confinement strength and temperature.关键词
