秋水仙素诱导高丹草杂种F1种子染色体加倍效应研究
Colchicine-induced Chromosome Doubling Effects in Seeds of Sorghum-Sudangrass Hybrid F1
摘要
Abstract
The experiment with different concentrations of colchicines and processing time handle the seeds of sweet sorghum × white hull sudangrass and the seeds of sorghum × white hull sudan-grass hybrid F1. In order to provide genetic resources for the utilization of Sorghum-Sudangrass. And provide basis for breeding new variety and new strain hybrid Sorghum-Sudangrass. Results show that the best colchicines treatment combinations for the seeds of sweet sorghum × white hull sudan-grass is 0.05%of colchicines and treating for 40 hours. And the best colchicines treatment combina-tions for the seeds of sorghum × white hull sudangrass is 0.10%of colchicines and treating for 24 hours.关键词
