Abstract
Through analysis of the development of existing Hulunbuir TV weather forecast meteorological service and the chara cteristics was examined, the service means and service ability of TV weather forecast urgently needed to be reformed and improved.TV weather forecast needed to change service mode, especially which was mainly fast and convenient. Users can also obtain a variety of meteorological needed information which meteorological department issued anywhere at any time by other emerging media technology, forming a pattern of diversity in broadcast media linkage and three-dimensional services covering.关键词
