摘要

Abstract

Functional Gene Array ( FGA) is a cutt ing2edge microarray technology for rapid, sensit ive, and high2throughput detec2 tion of environmental samples, which encodes the genes of physiological functions of all microorganisms as the probe. Recently, FGA has been developed to such a degree that it w as applied in the researches on the ecology of soil microorganisms. This tech2 nology has offered great informat ion about t he structure and function of soil microorganism community under different ecologi2 cal systems and pol ution st resses. The development of FGA is beneficial to the understanding of the detailed micro2ecological process and describing the ecological functional netw orks of microorganisms, w hich provides the theoretical basis for the predic2 tion of response of microbial community to the environmental stress.
