荆芥挥发油-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺
Preparation Process of Schizonepeta Oil-β-Cyclodextrin Inclusion Compounds

Abstract
Schizonepeta oil-β-Cyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion compounds were prepared by saturated aqueous solution method, which were characterized by DSC-TG, SEM and FT-IR. Orthogonal experiment was performed for the most appropriate preparation process conditions. Inclusion ratio, apparent stability constant and three thermodynamic param-eters(ΔGθθθ, ΔH , ΔS ) of the inclusion reaction were determined by phase solubility method. Besides, the inclu-sion form was predicted by Chem3D. The results showed the most appropriate inclusion process conditions were as follows: the ratio of water to β-CD was 1∶8 (mL∶g), the ratio of ethanol to water was 1∶3 (mL∶mL), the inclusion temperature was 40℃and the speed of stirring was 4 500 r/min. The inclusion ratio was 1∶1, and the apparent stabili-ty constant decreased with temperature increased. At the same time,ΔGθθθ, ΔH , ΔS were all negative, which illustrat-ed the process was exothermic. In addition, the ideal inclusion form betweenβ-CD and Pulegone is the methyl end of Pulegone entering the intracavity.关键词
