荆芥挥发油-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺OA
Preparation Process of Schizonepeta Oil-β-Cyclodextrin Inclusion Compounds
采用饱和水溶液法制备荆芥挥发油-β-环糊精(β-CD)包合物,利用差热-热重分析(DSC-TG)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对包合物进行表征。通过正交试验优化最适宜包合工艺条件,根据相溶解度θθ法测定包合比、表观稳定常数以及包合反应的ΔG ,ΔH ,ΔS形式进行预测。结果表明:最适宜包合工艺条件为荆芥挥发油与β-CD的比例1∶8(mL∶g),乙醇与水的比例1∶3(mL∶mL),包合温度40℃,搅拌速度4500 r/m…查看全部>>
Schizonepeta oil-β-Cyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion compounds were prepared by saturated aqueous solution method, which were characterized by DSC-TG, SEM and FT-IR. Orthogonal experiment was performed for the most appropriate preparation process conditions.
