荆芥挥发油-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺OA
Preparation Process of Schizonepeta Oil-β-Cyclodextrin Inclusion Compounds
采用饱和水溶液法制备荆芥挥发油-β-环糊精（β-CD）包合物，利用差热-热重分析（DSC-TG）、傅里叶变换红外光谱（FT-IR）和扫描电镜（SEM）对包合物进行表征。通过正交试验优化最适宜包合工艺条件，根据相溶解度θθ法测定包合比、表观稳定常数以及包合反应的ΔG ，ΔH ，ΔS形式进行预测。结果表明：最适宜包合工艺条件为荆芥挥发油与β-CD的比例1∶8（mL∶g），乙醇与水的比例1∶3（mL∶mL），包合温度40℃，搅拌速度4500 r/m…查看全部>>
Schizonepeta oil-β-Cyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion compounds were prepared by saturated aqueous solution method, which were characterized by DSC-TG, SEM and FT-IR. Orthogonal experiment was performed for the most appropriate preparation process conditions.
