摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of large vibration of primary fan in boiler side after maintenance and repair, by vibration amplitude value test, analyzes synthetically the test result, puts forward im-proving scheme. The analysis result shows that the vibration amplitude value, vibration speed value and high frequecy component of vibration frequency spectrum all accord with the fault frequency char-acter of rolling bearing so concludes that the fault cause is bearing invalidation.
