摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the fracture accident of the ball eye on a power transmission line, by analyzing of the methods of exterior inspection,mechanical property test and metallographic test, etc.,finds out the causes of the accident and puts forward treatment measure. The metallic test and metallurgical analysis results show that stress anomaly is the external cause of the ball eye failure;abnormal microstructure is the internal cause of ball eye failure. Both internal and external factors action together caused the ball eye fracture.关键词
