超声波-表面活性剂协同萃取苦瓜皂苷OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Ultrasound-surfactant synergistic extraction of saponins from balsam pear
为了探索快速有效的苦瓜皂苷提取方法,该文利用响应面法研究了超声功率(133~167 W/g)、乙醇体积分数(60%~80%)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)质量浓度(15~25 mg/mL)对苦瓜皂苷萃取率的影响,并对所得苦瓜皂苷的结构进行初步鉴定。结果表明响应面所建立的苦瓜皂苷提取模型能很好地预测不同提取条件下的苦瓜皂苷提取率。超声功率、乙醇体积分数、SDS质量浓度均对苦瓜皂苷提取率存在显著影响(p<0.05),其中超声波功率与SDS质量浓…查看全部>>
