Abstract
Along with appearance of the concept of network⁃centric warfare and the development of the technology of network and computer, network⁃based C3 I system becomes the research and development focus. In the interest of providing reference and basis for C3 I system while being developed and employed, starting from the proper and required capability of network⁃based warfare, a particular analysis on the network⁃based operational capability of C3 I system is presented. Then the evalua⁃tion index framework and evaluation model of network⁃based operational capability are propounded. Finally, this paper proves the solution by means of an instance.关键词
