基于能力需求和灰色ANP的舰艇作战能力评估∗
Evaluation on Operational Capability of Warship Based on Required Capacities and Grey ANP
摘要
Abstract
When the operational capability of warship being evaluated, it will meet some problems in determining the weig⁃hing values and subjectivity. A method of evaluation on operational capability is proposed based on the required capacities, fully considering the mutual influence between the indicators, using the method of ANP to determine the criteria weight, and grey theory is used to weaken the expert judgment of subjectivity. This method is illustrated to be rational and feasible in am⁃phibious assault ship, the result can provide theoretical guidance for the development of warship combat system, also the planning and construction of related equipment.关键词
