Exploration in Research Cooperation Pattern of International Organization Theory---Analysis Based on Cooperation Network of Research Institutions and Researchers

Abstract
The advanced cooperation pattern is an important condition for theoretical research and development. This paper makes a metric study on international organization theory during 1990-2011 with the knowledge visualization techniques, analyzes the cooperation network of research institutions and researchers, and explores the characteristics and types of research and cooperative behaviors. It shows that there are four main types of cooperation in organization theory research, namely, the cooperation based on close geographical relationship of in-stitutions, the cooperation based on similar nature in research institutions, the cooperation based on research direction relevance and the co-operation for the convenience of theoretical innovation. Among them the research-oriented cooperation pattern seizes a dominant position, while the future development will be more inclined to the interdisciplinary cooperation mode, which provides a useful reference and inspira-tion for organization theory study in China.关键词
