Social Capital and Knowledge Sharing：Effect on Enterprises' Technology Innovative Capabilities
摘要
Abstract
Technology innovative capabilities of enterprises firmly support the innovation process,helping them to construct core compe-tence to beat their competitors. The paper studies the relationship of social capital,knowledge sharing and technology innovative capabili-ties. The results reveal that the three dimensions of social capital have positive direct influences on knowledge sharing and technology inno-vative capabilities respectively,and knowledge sharing is positively related to technology innovative capabilities.关键词
