摘要

Abstract

Nowadays the network has become a tool for information exchange and huge amount of user comments appeared in it. Using product reviews mining technique to acquire competitive product information data is of great significance for both enterprises and users. This paper, using the existing research results, applied product reviews mining in the advantage analysis of competitive products. Taking cell phone as an example, using iPhone4 and N8 as the research objects, through data collection, pretreatment, setting up product feature set and commentary views set, and analyzing the polarity and strength of reviews, users' views were quantified and the results were dis-played with four charts, then the competitive product advantage and the direction to improve were analyzed.
