我国中小企业知识产权保护状况实证研究
An Empirical Study on the SMEs' Intellectual Property Protection in China
摘要
Abstract
Using the data from the National Bureau of Statistics of China and applying statistics method, it studies the actual situation of the SMEs’ intellectual property protection. The study shows it is impacted by the innovation activities of the enterprises and the enterprise 's industry classification, while the proportion of the enterprises providing intellectual property protection isn't associated with the regional economic conditions greatly. In general, independently-owned brand, technology know-how and registered trademark are among the most adopted modes of the intellectual property protection of SMEs in China.关键词
