On Enhancing Competitive Advantage for Cluster Network Enterprises Based on Knowledge Management:Evidence from Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises in Heilongjiang

Abstract
Choosing knowledge management ability as intermediary variable, this paper reviews the literature of network structure and knowledge management capabilities and proposes a conceptual model for the relationships among network structure, knowledge manage-ment capabilities, and enterprise competitive advantage. Using the questionnaire data from 56 cluster enterprises, the conceptual model is tested with a structural equation model. The results indicate that network structure has a significantly positive impact on knowledge man-agement capabilities and has indirect impact on enterprise competitive advantage through the mediating role of knowledge management ca-pabilities关键词
