On Life Cycle Management of Library Information Service Level Agreement:Procurement of Electronic Resources as An Example

Abstract
To guarantee the information service quality of library in cloud environment, and make cloud service being able to be put into service in accordance with pre-defined performance levels set in Information Service Level Agreement (ISLA), it is the necessary to man-age the overall service process of ISLA, namely Information Service Agreement Management (ISLAM). From the perspectives of library services business overview and complex relationships among service participants, to some extent, points of interaction and Service Access Point can be summarized from detailed analyses of interacting factors and resources of services processes and participants.
