Core Patent Mining of Emerging Industries of Strategic Importance

Abstract
Abstract Improving the identification of core patent, with the help of patent map and text clustering map made by data visualization tool Thomson Innovation, combining with patent citation, patent quantitative analysis and patent claims, this paper searches patents with gov-ernment interest and patent litigation, builds an identification frame diagram of core patent, mines the core patent and core technology in the field of wind energy, affirms core technology of the current world wind energy technology, and explores whether the results of the a-bove three methods to identify the core patents is overlapped or crossed, as provides a reference for the technology innovation of emerging industries of strategic importance.关键词
