Local Government Knowledge Management Model and Its Performance Evaluation

Abstract
Abstract Knowledge management is a new approach to enhance management efficiency and improve service ability for local government. Based on summarizing the specific knowledge affairs of local government, five dimensions including aim, subject, organization, element and activity of local government knowledge management are analyzed, knowledge management model of local government is constructed and four paths to develop its knowledge management performance is put forward. Then, a local government knowledge management per-formance evaluation model is constructed, an empirical analysis is conducted to evaluate the government knowledge management perform-ance of Jiangxi province and the validity of evaluation index system and evaluation method is verified at last.关键词
