Factors Influencing Innovation Performances of Beijing Electronic Information Enterprises:An Empirical Research Based on SEM

Abstract
Abstract The purpose of this research is to explore a path to effectively improve innovation performance of the electronic information en-terprises. First, the multiple factors affecting innovation performance were classified on the basis of intensive theoretical analysis, and the conceptual model was inferred from the related hypotheses of the interactional relationship between each influencing factors dimension and innovation performance. Then, using the sample derived from Beijing 120 electronic information enterprises data and survey data, SEM was utilized to verify the relationships and effects between influencing factors and innovation performance based on SPSS 13. 0 and AMOS 17. 0 software platform, the interactional mechanism among influencing factors was also analyzed simultaneously. The conclusion shows that the relationship of influencing factors and innovation performance is not a simple correlation or regression; there are multiple complex causality and indirect effects. Innovation environment-innovative talent-innovation ability-innovation performance is a critical path to en-hance effectively corporate innovation performance.关键词
